Beauty & Care Manufacturing Guide
From sheet mask to cream and rinse-off formats — how a mask formula becomes a finished product in our licensed manufacturing facilities: formulation, filling, quality control, MOQ and the cost factors behind your quotation.
Process Overview
The route below covers the three main mask families. Formula, packaging, claims and documentation are reviewed by product and destination before production.
Product type (sheet, cream, rinse-off), target market, price point, key actives and quantity. Feasibility, MOQ and the appropriate manufacturing entity are confirmed in the written quotation.
Formulas are developed or adapted for texture, skin compatibility and claim support. Active ingredients, preservative system and viscosity are balanced for the chosen mask format.
Samples are produced and evaluated. Stability testing covers temperature cycling, freeze-thaw, light exposure and packaging compatibility, plus microbiological testing before sign-off.
Pouches, jars, tubes, boxes and label artwork are sourced and coordinated. Mandatory label information is confirmed before artwork approval for your destination market.
Emulsions and solutions are prepared in controlled batches, then filled (sheet masks: fabric folded, dosed with essence and sealed; cream/rinse-off: filled into jars or tubes). Batch records are kept throughout.
Raw-material checks, in-process inspection, finished-product testing and retained samples per batch. Certificates and reports are matched to entity, scope, batch and validity.
Export documentation, customs clearance and shipping (FOB/CIF/DDP) are arranged with the full product file for your destination.
